The Great Garage Sort-out

After accumulating vast amounts of spares during the preceding years, the team thought it was time to make a detailed inventory of all spares, agree which spares are effectively “scrap”, those spares that could be sold and which spares are to be kept. The spares that were to be kept were placed in numbered storage boxes with an inventory made of each box.

The spares that are no longer required (multiple spares, old specification etc) were inventoried and placed on local forums for sale.

The next stage will be to identify stage is to identify which additional spares are required in order that they can be procured in sufficient time.
