Team Member Geographic Locations

One of main challenges faced by the team is that the team members are spread across the globe from south east Australia all the way to the American north west. This makes having team discussions a bit of a problem as it is very rare for everybody to either online for e-mails or WhatsApp at the same time.

Thus discussion start with the middle east and Australian team members and gradually the team member residing west of the middle east join in whilst we loose members east of the middle east. Still everything gets resolved and agreed eventually.
